4. Payments

  • We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) as our primary payment method.

  • Customers are required to pay the rider before opening the parcel as per our COD policy.

5. Shipping and Delivery

  • Delivery charges of Rs. 199 apply on all orders.

  • Free shipping is offered on orders above Rs. 5000.

  • Delivery timelines:

    • Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad: 3–5 working days

    • Other cities: 7–9 working days

  • Open Parcel Policy is available only for confirmed orders.

6. Returns and Refunds

  • We offer a 7-day return policy for eligible items.

  • Products must be returned in original condition with tags and packaging.

7. Limitation of Liability

  • Bezah.Store shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our services.
